Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Imprex International, Inc.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please see the Warranty tab for further information as well.

Our products can be returned within 5 days of the original purchase with a valid Return Merchandise Number (RMN). A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. Refunds or returns are subject to a 7% processing and restocking charge. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The product was purchased in the last 5 days

The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products purchased from third parties are not returnable to Imprex International, Inc.

Tools that show any signs of use, installation, handling, or removal from sealed packaging will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Tools that are reported to be too magnetic after use—particularly aluminum bronze tools—are not eligible for return. Imprex is not liable for magnetic response in any MR Conditional tool once it has been used in the field.

This policy is enforced for safety, quality control, and compliance reasons. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for evaluating tool suitability prior to use. Imprex International, Inc. assumes no liability for tools returned in used or field-tested condition. This return policy is subject to the legal principle of caveat emptor (buyer beware).

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during return shipping, both to and from Imprex International, Inc.
Returns must be received within 10 business days of the RMN issue date.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Items that do not meet the return conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price, at the discretion of Imprex International, Inc.

Sale items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Only regularly priced items are eligible for return.
