Limited Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Imprex International, Inc.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Imprex International, Inc. (the "Physical Goods").

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Imprex International, Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Normal wear and tear is not covered. This includes, but is not limited to:

Stripping or rounding of hex keys, screwdrivers, and wrenches

Dulling of cutting tools

Broken ratchet mechanisms caused by overuse or misuse

This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

Important Note on MR Conditional Tools:
Tools that are reported to be too magnetic after use—especially aluminum bronze tools—are not considered defective and are not covered under this warranty. Tool suitability for MR environments is the responsibility of the end user.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

Imprex International, Inc. will either:

Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or

Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit at no charge

How Long Does Coverage Last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods is 1 year from the date of purchase.

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original item.

What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including stripping, rounding, dulling, or tip breakage

Damage from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modification

Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., flood, lightning, earthquake)

Theft or loss of the Physical Goods

Any shipping charges, handling fees, gift wrap, or taxes

You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping costs. You assume all risk of loss or damage in transit to Imprex International, Inc.

This Limited Warranty is void if returned items have damaged, removed, or tampered labels, or show unauthorized alterations.

Tools that show signs of use, field testing, or removal from sealed packaging are not eligible for warranty service unless a clear material defect is evident.

What Do You Have to Do?

To obtain warranty service, you must:

Contact Imprex International, Inc. to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Return the Physical Goods, in original or equivalent protective packaging, with all accessories and documentation, to the address provided by Imprex

Implied Warranties

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Limitation of Damages

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMPREX INTERNATIONAL, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Consumer Protection

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
